IT Glue Integration Setup

You need to provide your site domain and API key to connect  IT Glue to MSPbots.

To set up MSPbots intergration with IT Glue:

1. Configure a domain name in server.
2. Follow the steps below to get the API key:
3. Now we need to go to IT Glue to create an API key. To do this, you must be an administrator on your account.
4. To create the API key in IT Glue:
5. Click Account in the top menu bar.
   Select Settings from the left navigation.
   Select the API Keys tab.
   Click the plus sign to create a new API key.
   Enter a Name for the key (e.g., Mspbots).
   Select the Password Access checkbox.
   Important: If the Password Access checkbox is not selected, the integration will not work and returns an error in Mspbots.
6. Click Generate API Key. The key is generated.
   Copy the API key into the corresponding text box on the page.
7. Click the Save and Sync button.
