- Register for a Freshdesk account and log in.
- Test your connection. To prevent errors, ensure that the Freshdesk account you are using has the correct credentials.
- Next, go to the MSPbots app and navigate to Integrations.
- Find Freshdesk and click it to open.
- Enter the Subdomain and API Key, then click Save And Sync.

Subdomains Subdomain should be the prefix of a website's domain, for example: https://domain.freshdesk.com, The subdomain to enter in this case is "domain".
