One of the steps required to start using MSPbots is to add MSPbots to the Teams Global Policy.

Please do the following procedure: 

  1. Access office.com as an administrator. 
  2. Navigate to Admin > Admin Center > Teams.
  3. Select Teams Apps > Setup Policies > Global (Org-wide default), and then click Edit.
  4. Select Add Apps, search for MSPbots, and then click Add.
  5. Move MSPbots to the top and click Save.
