A.  Paywall Notifications

Access to MSPbots assets access is based on the client's subscription plan. A paywall restricts clients from accessing MSPbots assets not included in their subscriptions. To know more about the MSPBots subscriptions and pricing, please see the MSPBots Pricing List page.

You will see one of the following notifications when you need to purchase or upgrade:

When users reach the paywall for bots, the Trigger button will be disabled and a pop-up message will show.           

MSPbots clients are subscribed to the Free Bundle setup by default. This bundle has limited features, user access, and a time-based free trial on system integrations.  In order to fully maximize the benefits of the MSPbots features on your business, we recommend upgrading your bundle or subscribing to new assets and plans. The upgrade steps are available in the succeeding sections.   

B.  Setting up your billing account

Ready your account for future transactions and set up billing with these steps:  

 1.  Open the MSPBots app then go to Settings > Billing.

 2.       On the Billing tab, go to the Pay Method section and click the +Add new payment method button.

3.  Input your (credit) card details on the Create Card window and click Save.

You have just created your primary card number, which is now saved in the Pay Method section. This information will be used for your transactions.
If you need to change your card details, click the Edit button to modify and Save. 

C.  Upgrading your plan or bundle 

Boost the benefits of MSPbots on your business by upgrading your plan or bundle. Once you've set up Pay Method, you can follow these steps: 

1. On the Billing tab, navigate to the Your Bundles section and click Upgrade. You will be redirected to the Marketplace. 

2  On the Marketplace, select the plan or bundle to upgrade to, then click the Upgrade button. 
The available Plan/Bundles are Startup and Professional. Go to the MSPBots Pricing List for more details. 

3.  Next, customize your plan by selecting Pay Monthly or Pay Annually. Your selection will prompt the system automatically calculate your plan's updated cost based on the number of users integrated into your PSA multiplied by the actual cost of the selected plan.

Example: For Startup bundles, you can add the Four (4) BI packages entitled to the plan by clicking +Add and selecting the BI packages. You can adjust and edit this list later.

5.  Next, click the Purchase button.  "Your order" form will show.

6.  When the Your Order window appears, review the details of your order and click the Proceed To Checkout button.

7.  Next, complete your order and click the Pay and subscribe button. 

8.  Click Close.

9.   Verify your upgrade by going back to Marketplace > Bundles. You should now see your upgrade.

      Example: If you chose to upgrade to Startup, you should see the Current Plan button in this section.   

10.  To view billing updates, go back to Settings > Billing.

• The Your Bundles section shows your current plan. 
• Click the Bundles Usage tab to show the list of Assets, Quantity, and the Next Billing date.

D.  How to subscribe or purchase new assets (A La Carte Usage)

1.   Go to the MSPbots Marketplace and click the asset that interests you. Select BI Packages, BOTS  Usage, App, or Featured apps.

For example, if you need Bots for your company, click Bot Usage.

3.  Next, click the Purchase button on the Bot Usage window.

4.   Then choose to Pay Monthly or Pay Annually.

If you are purchasing Bots, select a number for the Max number of bots. The cost will be calculated automatically according to your selection. 

Then, click Purchase.

6.    Check your order.  Click, Proceed To Checkout button.

7,  Complete your order.  Click, Pay & Subscribe button.

8.  Click Close.

9.   To validate the purchase, Go to Billing page >  A la carte Tab.  See New Assets added.

E.  How to know your Billing History and get an Invoice copy

1.  To know your billing history details.  Go to Billing page > "Billing History" section.

     This shows the Transaction ID, date-time, Amount and the Invoice file copy.

2.  To download your invoice file, hover into the "Invoice"  column.  Then, click the download icon.

F.  How to cancel subscription.

1.   Go to Billing page, 

      1.1  For "A la Carte Usage" click "A la Carte Usage" tab.    

2.   Select the specific package to cancel.  Then,  hover into the "Action" column.

3.  Click the "Cancel" icon.  To remove package subscription.

 4.  Click "Cancel Now".

  5.  Pop-up message "Successfully reactivated your subscription"
