Pre-requisites
- Installed the MSPbots app in Teams Installing the MSPbots App in Teams
- Already set up a Team Channel or Chat Setting Up a Teams Channel or Chat for Attendance Manager.
This process will explain how to use the Attendance Bot - Teams chat commands to any team channel. Listed below are the commands that can be used:
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
| in | The in command will update your status to IN as you start your workday. |
| out | The out command will update your status to OUT as you end your workday. |
| break | The break command will update your status to BREAK to start your break time. |
| lunch | The lunch command will update your status to LUNCH to start your lunch time. |
| back | The back command will update your status to IN after your break/lunch. |
| stats | The stats command gives your current service stats as a technician. |
| onsite | The onsite command update your status doing on-site service at the client's location. |
| wfh | The wfh command updates your status to IN when you need to work from home. This should be used instead of IN when working from home since it will not be available once you have already clicked/used IN. |
