A. Paywall Notifications
The paywall will be restricting some of the MSPBots features if beyond your allowable assets access. This asset access is based on your per subscription plan. To Access to MSPbots assets access is based on the client's subscription plan. A paywall restricts clients from accessing MSPbots assets not included in their subscriptions. To know more about the MSPBots subscription, click subscriptions and pricing, please see the MSPBots Pricing List for the details page.

2. For BOTs - Trigger When users reach the paywall for bots, the Trigger button will be disabled and a pop-up message will show.
By default, customers are under MSPbots clients are subscribed to the Free Bundle setup by default. It This bundle has limited features, user access, and a time-based free trial on system integrations. In In order to do more and used the MSPBots features fully and help your business processes run smoothly.
We recommend to upgrade your plan and by following the setup below.

B. Setting up your billing account
Ready your account for future transactions and set up billing with these steps:
1. Open the MSPBots app 1. Open MSPBots then go to Settings > Billing.
2. At On the Billing page, hover into "Pay method" tab, go to the Pay Method section and click the +Add new payment method button.
3. Input your (Creditcredit) Card details. Then, card details on the Create Card window and click Save.
4. If you want You have just created your primary card number, which is now saved in the Pay Method section. This information will be used for your transactions.
If you need to change your card details. Click edit and then , click the Edit button to modify and Save.
5. Your primary card number is now save in the pay method section.
This will be used for each transaction charges.

To upgrade your plan,

Boost the benefits of MSPbots on your business by updgrading your plan or bundle. Once you've set up Pay Method, you can follow these steps:
- On the Billing tab, navigate to the Your Bundles section and click Upgrade. You will be redirected to the Marketplace.

Redirects to Marketplace page. Then2 On the Marketplace, select the desired Plan/Bundles plan or bundle to upgrade to, then click the Upgrade button.
Plan/Bundles:
a. Startup
b. Professional
For Details about the plan, click MSPBots Pricing List.
3. Click the Upgrade Button.
4. Customize your plan. Select either Monthly or Annually.
The system auto calculates the number of Users integrated into the system multiplied by the type of Plan cost selected.
The available Plan/Bundles are Startup and Professional. Go to the MSPBots Pricing List for more details.
3. Next, customize your plan by selecting Pay Monthly or Pay Annually. Your selection will prompt the system automatically calculate your plan's updated cost based on the number of users integrated into your PSA multiplied by the actual cost of the selected plan.
Example: 4.1 . ForStartup bundles, you can initially add in theFour (4) BI packagesentitled to the Plan. (Note: This can be change later on.)plan by clicking +Add and selecting the BI packages. You can adjust and edit this list later.
4.2. Just click + Add. Then, select the BI packages you want. 
5. ClickNext, click the Purchase button. "Your order" form will show.
6. Review and Click the "Proceed to checkout" buttonWhen the Your Order window appears, review the details of your order and click the Proceed To Checkout button.
7. Complete Next, complete your order . Click "and click the Pay and subscribe" button.
8. Click Close.
9. In the Marketplace > Bundle page, you can Verify your upgrade by going back to Marketplace > Bundles.You should now see your upgraded planupgrade.
e.g. Startup - "Current Plan" Example: If you chose to upgrade to Startup, you should see the Current Plan button in its section.
10. To view your billing updates, go back to the "Billing" page.
