- Register for a Freshdesk account and log in.
- Test your connection. To prevent errors, ensure that the Freshdesk account you are using has the correct credentials for your Freshdesk account.
- Next, go to open the MSPbots app and navigate to to Integrations.
- Find Freshdesk Find Freshdesk and click it to open the connection settings.
- Enter the Subdomain and API Key, then click Save And Sync.
