Clients may choose to share reports by adding them on their webpage/website. This can be done using the Embed function of the MSPbots dashboards which allows users to copy an HTML code and use that to show a live report on their other platforms. Users can choose between Fixed and Responsive sizing.

Important

Template Dashboards are not shareable. Users need to clone a dashboard first and find it under My Dashboards before the Share option becomes available. 

To share a dashboard using the embed function

  1. Go to Dashboards and search for the dashboard that you want to share. 
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon and select Share from the options.

    Note: The Share option is only available on the Dashboards tab. Once on the cloned dashboard view, you have to go back to the Dashboards tab with the search function in order to find the Share option.
     
  3. On the Share Dashboard window, click the Embed tab. You should be able to see the HTML code for embedding a live report.


  4. Choose between the 2 size options:
    1. Responsive - size of widgets will automatically adjust to the browser size
    2. Fixed - size of widgets will be retained regardless of browser size. Scroll bars will appear.
  5. Click Copy Code.
  6. Use the HTML code in configuring your webpage/website.
