This feature allows users to display and map their chart of accounts in MSPBots then use it to create widgets, bots, and dashboards. Only users with a Financial role can use this feature.

To access, users can go to Settings > Accounting Mapping

This will take users to the Accounting Dashboard where they can do the following:

  1. Use data from their integrated Accounting Software (Xero, Quickbooks, etc.) and select a Financial Statement to map between Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
  2. Review all of their sub-accounts that are displayed on the left-hand side.
  3. Select a Mapping Template. Commonly used are SLI and Bering Mckinley but users can also create new templates by clicking on "Edit Mapping Templates" on the upper right of the dashboard.
  4. Categorize sub-accounts by dragging them to the mapping template.
