The client ID and client secret are needed when connecting Halo to MSPbots.

Perform the following to Connect Halo to MSPbots: 

  1. Secure the following information for your Halo account:
    1. Auth URL
    2. Resource URL
    3. Client ID
    4. Client Secret
  2. Log in to the MSbots app and navigate to Integrations on the menu.
  3. On the Integrations tab, search for Halo and click it.

  4. Enter the Auth URL, Resource URL, Client ID, and Client Secret in the corresponding fields.
  5. Click Save And Sync.
