Does my package include Attendance Manager and NextTicket Manager bots?

Yes. The Attendance Manager and NextTicket Manager bots are included in the ten (10) bots per user rule.

I got a message saying I have used up all the allowable bots for my subscription. What should I do?

If you encounter this error while creating a new bot, review your bots list and disable the inactive bots, or upgrade your package. Refer to the article MSPbots Paywall and Billing Setup for instructions on how to upgrade your plan

How can I check the bots that I am currently being billed for?

The steps to show the bots in use are the following:

  1. Go to Bots in the MSPbots app.
  2. Select the My Bots Tab.
  3. In the Quick Filter section, select the Trigger switch to show the triggered bots only.
  4. Select your connected integrations except for MS Teams.

What does unlimited bots mean?

Users with the FREE subscription have limited bot usage. (See How many bots are included in my subscription?) On the other hand, for clients subscribed to packages and bundles, each licensed user with the appropriate permissions can create ten (10) bots and use these bots to send unlimited messages to any licensed user in the team. Note that only licensed and paying users can open the notifications.
