Time entry modifications in the Attendance App require a manager's approval before getting applied in the app. This article shows the process for approving or rejecting requests for time entry changes by members. 

Before starting, ensure that you have a manager's permission to approve or reject the request. 

How to approve or reject an Attendance Time Entry change requests

  1. Go to Apps on the MSPbots menu and open the Attendance app.

  2. Hover over Dashboards on the right side of the screen and select Attendance Record from the drop-down list.

  3. On the Attendance Record list, select your team from the Team filter to show only team members with pending approval requests.

  4. Next, click the row with the Pending approve status. This opens the Approve Adjusted Time window. Attendance pending approval
  5. Next, check the details of the request and click Approve if the request is approved. Otherwise, click Reject.

  6. Once approved, the correct time entry is shown in the Attendance Record. The record now shows the correct action type and time stamp as well.

    If the request is rejected, no updates are shown on the Attendance Record.
