"Bots" page lists all the bots that are available for you, you can use this page to review the bots, turn the bots on/off and change the settings of the bots.

Creating a New Bot

Click the "New bot" button to create a new bot by following the wizard. MSPbots currently only released one kind of bot" Quality Assurance Bot".

Analytical Report

Message Report: This report displays all the messages generated by bots, you can use this report to review the messages and decide which bot should be adjusted.

Trigger Report: This report display the message counts, and gives you an overview of which bots are generating the messages.

Usage Report: This report shows how many people are using the bots in your own company

List view vs Grid view

The list view is more visually appealing than the Grid view, Grid view gives your more data on the same page.

Request New Bot

If you have new ideas about some bots that you want us to develop, please submit a request there.

Select In Progress Status (PSA Status)

Many processes or bots related to tickets use the "in progress" status to trigger, if you have a different name of your "In Progress" status, please select it here.

Show All Integration Switch 

By default, we only show the integration for your connected Integrations, check this switch will display all bots regardless if you have integration connected or not.

Master Message Switch (Turn Off All )

In an urgent situation, this switch will prevent all the bots from sending messages to end-user
