  1. Navigate to Widgets on the MSPbots app.

  2. Open one widget that you want to switch to another widget type.

  3. Click Config.

  4. In the dropdown menu of Widget Type, select the widget type you want to switch to. The following widget types are supported for switching between each other.
    • Grid
    • Funnel
    • Card Number
    • Progress Tracker
    • Line Chart
    • Column Chart
    • Pie Chart
    • Heatmap
    • Pivot Table

  5. After switching the widget type, the configuration switching for the widget is as follows:
    • Basic Setting - Settings for the switched widget are the same as the original widget.
    • Data Source - Settings for the switched widget are the same as the original widget.
    • Config:
      • For parameter fields that exist in the original widget and also in the target widget, they will be filled in sequentially. If the parameter field does not exist in the target widget, it will not be displayed.
      • For fields that exist in the target widget but not in the original widget, configuration is required. If the target widget also does not have the field, it will not be displayed.
      • The Dimension and Measure fields configured in the original widget will be synchronized and converted to the switched widget, and filled in sequentially.
    • Condition Formatting:
      • If both the original widget and the switched widget have Condition Formatting configured, the previous Condition Formatting settings will be maintained.
      • If the original widget does not have Condition Formatting, but the switched widget has Condition Formatting settings, please configure the Condition Formatting for the target widget.
    • History - Settings for the switched widget are the same as the original widget.

      If you switch to another type of widget and then switch back to the original widget type, the configuration of the original widget will be displayed.
