- Go to Settings on the Menu and select Role Management.
- Query the role name in the search bar, click Edit to modify the role, or click Add to create a new role.
- Click Menu Scope.
- Select NextTicket Dashboard View/List View.
- If selected, display the dashboard view/list view buttons in all Next Ticket APPs, allowing users to switch between the dashboard and list view.
- If not selected, do not display the dashboard view/list view buttons in all Next Ticket APPs.
- If selected, display the dashboard view/list view buttons in all Next Ticket APPs, allowing users to switch between the dashboard and list view.
- Click Confirm to save the configuration.
