Connect to Quickbooks On-Premise to MSPbots

1. Open the Company QuickBooks file and make sure it stays open.
2. Log in to https://app.mspbots.ai/Integrations
3. Copy the Token code, update the path, then save it.
   
   1. The path of the platform comes from the file path of QuickBooks on the server.
4. Download the QuickBooks Web Connector File from the Quickbooks integration section

5. Double click the QWC file, it should open the QuickBooks Web Connector Application.

   1. If you don't have Quickbooks Web Connector Application already, please download it from the MSPbots screen.

   2. Install QuickBooks Web Connector and start QuickBooks
   3. Start QuickBooks Web Connector
   4. Authorize access
      1. Click 'Add an Application' and choose the file you got from step 4.
      2. Click OK in the Authorize New Web Service popup
   5. Enter Password
      1. Input the password generated from Step 5 
6. Sync data to MSPBots
   • Select the application added, and click 'Update Selected' to do a manual sync. You can also check 'autorun' and set up autorun interval in 'Every-Min'
   • It takes about 10-15 minutes to sync up the data. You can close the windows once the progress bar reaches 100%.
