Connectwise Manage API Connector



Get the following information:

  1. ConnectWise (CW)
  2. Manage URL and Company ID

Click System

  1. Click Members
  2. Click API Members
  3. Click "+" to create a new API member

Fill in the blanks and select options on the required fields marked with a "*".

  1. Put the member ID and Member Name: MSPBOTS
  2. For the required drop-down fields, choose an option based on your company configuration
  3. Click Save to go to the next screen
  4. Role ID
    1. Please make sure that you assign a Role ID that gives Inquire Level (read-only) access to MSPbots

Click API Keys, then "+", then type "MSPBOTS" in the description, and save.

  1. You will get the Public Key and Private Key. Copy and paste them into the setup window in MSPBOTS to finish the setup.

Set up your API in MSPbots

  1. Click Integration
  2. Navigate to ConnectWise Manage
  3. Click Config option
  4. Copy and paste the details into the setup window
