How to Create a Dashboard in MSPbots

Reports contain widgets that make it easier for users to view actionable data on one page. Users can view and add filters to report templates in MSPbots but cannot edit the templates. However, they can create their own report for their needs. This article shows how to create reports in the MSPbots app.

Here are the detailed steps in creating a report: 

1. Open the MSPbots app as administrator.
2. Navigate to Dashboards on the menu and click the New Dashboard button.x
   
3. On the Add New Dashboard window, 
   1. Give the report a name.
   2. Select the roles that will have access to the report. 
   3. Provide a description of the report being created.
   4. Click Continue. This opens a tab for the new report.
      
4. On the new report tab, click Add Widgets. This opens the Add Widget window.
   
5. Next, on the Add Widget window that appears, click Widgets List.
   
6. Select the widgets that you want to appear in the report, then click the Add button.
   
7. The selected widgets will now appear on the report you have just created. Click the Save Report button when done.
