Link your AAD via Integrations (mspbots.ai)

Authorize AD background Syncnize permission

MSPbots require permission to sync users’ managers, position, and avatar pictures, as well as future users’ data changes from AAD. If you are not an AAD admin, please add one of your AAD administrators as MSPbots admin here, then let them log in and finish this step.

Install MSPbots App

MSPbots Teams APP is needed for users to receive notifications from and send commands to MSPbots. There are two ways to get it installed:

• Install teams app from Microsoft App Source, follow the instruction.
• Go to the Microsoft Teams App tab, as shown in the video below.

Setup Teams Global Policy to push MSPbots to All Users

Adding MSPbots to Teams Global policy to get App installed automatically for your current and future AAD users. 

1. Just go to office.com, 
2. click "Global (Org-wide default)", 
3. Add Apps, 
4. search "MSPbots" then add it, 
5. move MSPbots to the top, 
6. Save.
