What is the client portal?

The client portal is used to give your client access to certain reports.

How to add new clients:

  1. You have to be the Admin of the MSPbots
  2. Go to Settings | Client portal
    1. https://app.mspbots.ai/ClientPortalManagement
  3. Click new
  4. Fill in the blanks
    1. The email address has to match the user's email address in Connectwise/Autotask Contacts.
    2. Select the reports that you want to share with the end-user ( Currently, there is no email will be sent to your client automatically, we want you to test the login with an incognito browser first to make sure the reports looks ok before you manually sent the login information to the end user )
  5. Send your client login information
    1. Longin portal address https://app.mspbots.ai/loginAsAccount
    2. Their email and password
