Reports contain widgets that make it easier for users to view actionable data on one page. Users can view and add filters to report templates in MSPbots but cannot edit the templates. However, they can create their own report for their needs. This article shows how to create reports in the MSPbots app. 

Watch this video or follow the procedure below to create a report in MSPbots.

Here are the detailed steps in creating a report: 

  1. Open the MSPbots app as administrator.
  2. Click Reports on the menu.
  3. On the Reports tab, click the New button to open the Add New Report window.
  4. Give the report a name.
  5. Select the roles that will have access to the report. 
  6. Provide a description of the report being created.
  7. Click Continue. The tab for the new report opens.
  8. Click the Add Widgets button.
  9. On the Add Widget window that appears, click the Published link.
  10. Select the widgets that you want to appear in the report, then click the Add button.
  11. The selected widgets now appear on the report you have just created. Click the Save Report button when done.
