[Product] Addigy Integration Setup

The following provides you steps on how to setup your Addigy api and integrate it with MSPBOTs.

Step 1:  Generating Addigy API Key and Secret

 1.  Login to Addigy  

 2.  Hover into the left-hand navigation pane, expand Account and click Integrations.

3.   Click + Add Api  key button

4.   Add API name e.g. MSPBots.  Then, click Save. 

5.  Modal pop-up shows.  Then, get the ClientID and Client Secret

       Take note of the Client ID and Client Secret              

6.   Check the new integration setup in the Account > Integration page.

Step 2:  Get Site URL

1.   In the top navigation bar, click on the settings icon on the far right hand side

2.   Copy the URL shown in the slide out panel

3.  Take note on the Site url for addigy.

Note: in addition to the Client Key and Secret, you may also be asked for a Domain. This will be the Addigy realm you created the key in such as prod.addigy.com

Step 3:  Connect your Addigy API to MSPBots 

1   Login and go to MSPBots > Integration menu. 

2.  Select  the "Addigy" integration.  Then, based on the data above key in your Site, ClientID, and Client Secret.

3.  Click Save and Sync button.
