A.  Paywall Notifications


The paywall will be restricting some of the MSPBots features if beyond your allowable assets access.   This asset access is based on your per subscription plan.  To know more about the MSPBots subscription,  click MSPBots Pricing List for the details.


The following notifications will show if you need to purchase assets or to upgrade:


  1. For Dashboard and Widgets paywall message

             


    2.   For BOTs  -   Trigger button will be disabled and a pop-up message will show.

By default, customers are under the Free Bundle setup.  It has limited features, user access and a time based free trial on system integrations.   In order to do more and used the MSPBots features fully and help your business processes run smoothly. 

We recommend to upgrade your plan and by following the setup below. 



B.  Setup your Billing account


 1.  Open MSPBots then go to Settings > Billing.

       

 2.       At Billing page, hover into "Pay method" section and click +Add new payment method.

           

3.  Input your (Credit) Card details.  Then, click Save.

     


4.   If you want to change your card details.  Click edit and then Save.

     


5.  Your primary card number is now save in the pay method section.



C.  How to Upgrade your Plan or Bundles 


To upgrade your plan, 

 1. At Billing page, after setting up your Pay Method, hover into the "Your Bundles" section. Then, click Upgrade.  

   

   


2  Redirects to Marketplace page.  Then, select the desired Plan/Bundles to upgrade

       Plan/Bundles:

        a. Startup

        b. Professional 

   

     For Details about the plan,  click MSPBots Pricing List.


      2. 1. Click the Upgrade Button.  

              


3.   Customize your plan. Select either Monthly or Annually.

The system auto calculates the number of Users integrated into the system multiplied by the type of Plan cost selected.


      3.1 .  For Startup bundles, you can initially add in the Four (4) BI packages entitled to the Plan. (Note:  This can be change later on.)

               3.2.   Just click + Add.  Then, select the BI packages you want.

             


4.  Click Purchase button.  "Your order" form will show.

5.  Review and Click the "Proceed to checkout" button

             


7.  Complete your order.  Click "Pay and subscribe" button

             

8.  Click Close.

             


9.   In the Marketplace >  Bundle page,  you can now see your upgraded plan.

      e.g. Startup -  "Current Plan"  

       



10.  To view your billing updates,  go back to the "Billing" page.

     a.  You can see on the Your Bundles section your current Plan.

     b.  Click the Bundles Usage tab,  you can see the list of Assets Quantity and the Next Billing date.

     





D.  How to subscribe or purchase for new assets ( A La Carte Usage)


1.   Go to Marketplace, select type of assets -  BI Packages, BOTS  Usage, App and Featured apps.

2.   For example, will use BOT usage. Click BOT Usage.

     


3.  Click Purchase button

     


4.   Select Monthly or Annually payment.

     


5.    For Bots, add the desired max number of BOTs.  Automatically the cost will be calculated. 

       Then, Click Purchase.


       


6.    Check your order.  Click, Proceed To Checkout button.


       


7,  Complete your order.  Click, Pay & Subscribe button.

  

     


8.  Click Close.

       


9.   To validate the purchase, Go to Billing page >  A la carte Tab.  See New Assets added.







E.  How to know your Billing History and get an Invoice copy


1.  To know your billing history details.  Go to Billing page > "Billing History" section.

     This shows the Transaction ID, date-time, Amount and the Invoice file copy.

   


2.  To download your invoice file, hover into the "Invoice"  column.  Then, click the download icon.

F.  How to cancel subscription.


1.   Go to Billing page, 

      1.1  For "A la Carte Usage" click "A la Carte Usage" tab.    

   

2.   Select the specific package to cancel.  Then,  hover into the "Action" column.

     

3.  Click the "Cancel" icon.  To remove package subscription.

     

 4.  Click "Cancel Now".

     

  5.  Pop-up message "Successfully reactivated your subscription"
