- Log-in to MSPBots app
- Select Dashboard from the side menu
- On the Dashboard list, select the Dashboard you want to view
- Click the Present icon and Select Rotate Dashboard
- On the Present Management screen,
- To Add a new Present dashboard, Click the Add New Present
- Key-in the Name of the New Present Dashboard view
- Click the Add Dashboard button
- On the Select Dashboard screen, click all dashboard you want to view on Rotating sequence
- Click the Add button once done.
- Click the Save button
- To Edit an existing Present Dashboard, click the pencil icon.
- To Delete the existing Present Dashboard, click the bin icon.
- To View the Present Dashboard, click the Eye icon on the selected present and a new tab will display the rotating dashboard display.
- On the Present Dashboard view page,
- Option to manually select a dashboard is available by clicking the v icon and selecting any available dashboard in the dropdown list.
- There is a time selectable interval of 3, 5, 10, 15 minutes
- Option to pause to rotation is available by clicking the stop icon
- Option to expand and maximize the screen view is available by clicking the expand/restore icon next to the stop icon.
