 2.       At Billing page, hover into "Pay method" section and click +Add new payment method.

3.  Input your (Credit) Card details.  Then, click Save.

5.  Your primary card number is now shown on save in the Pay pay method section.

C.  How to Upgrade your Plan or Bundles

By default, customers are under the  the Free plan setup.  This has limited features, users user access and time based free trial on integrationintegrations.   To know more,   click MSPBots Pricing List for the details.

In order to do more and used the MSPBots features fully and help your business processes run smoothly. 

We recommend to upgrade your plan - To know more,  click MSPBots Pricing List for the details.

To upgrade your plan, 

 1. At Billing page, after setting up your Pay Method, hover into the "Your Bundles" section. Then, click Upgrade.

2  Redirects to Marketplace page.  Then, select the desired Plan/Bundles to Upgrade upgrade. 

       Plan/Bundles:

        a. Startup

        b. Professional

     For Details about the pricingplan,  Click click MSPBots Pricing List.

      2. 1. Click the Upgrade Button.

The system auto calculates the number of Users integrated into the system multiplied by the type of Plan cost selected.

      3.1 .  For Startup bundles, you can initially add in the Four (4) BI packages entitled to the Plan. (Note:  This can be changed later on.)

               3.2.   Just click + Add.  Then, select the BI packages you want.

4.  Click Purchase button.  "Your order" form will show.

5.  Review and Click the "Proceed to checkout" button

8.  Click Close.

9.   In the Marketplace >  Bundle page,  you can now see now you your upgraded plan is upgraded.

      e.g. Startup -  "Current Plan"  

10.  To view the your billing updates,  Go go back to the "Billing" page.

     a.  You can see on the Your Bundles section you current Plan.

     b.  On Click the Bundles Usage page tab,  you can see the list of Assets,  Quantity and the Next Billing date.

2.  To download your invoice, hover into the "Invoice"  column.  Then, click the download icon.
