Adjusting time entries in the Attendance App requires a manager's approval before it is fully applied. This article shows the process for approving or rejecting requests for time entry changes by members. 

Before starting, ensure that you are logged in as a role with a manager's permission to approve or reject the request. 

As a manager, this will be the process to approve or reject all attendance time entry change requests from your members.

 An employee/member made a request for time entry adjustment on their Attendance app - see related topic below.

How to approve or reject an Attendance Time Entry change request from employees

1.  Go to MSPBots App.  Then, click Attendance Appthe Apps on the MSPbots menu and open the Attendance app.

     

2.  Hover to Dashboards.  Then, over Dashboards on the right side of the screen and select Attendance Record from the drop-down list. 

     


3.  At On the Attendance Record list, filter out select your teamusing from the Team Filter.  This is to view only your team member/s will show only the members of the selected teams

with pending approval requests.

   


4.  As a managerNext, click the highlighted (in pink) transaction with Status "the Pending approve "status.

5.  Click, "Approve" to approved the requests.  Then, "Reject" if not.
