- Access office.com as an administrator.
- Navigate to Admin > Admin Center > Teams.
- Select Teams Apps > Setup Policies > Click Global (Org-wide default) > Add Apps., and then click Edit.
- Select Add Apps, search for MSPbots, and then click AddSearch for MSPbots then add it.
- Move MSPbots to the top and click Save.Click Save.
