One of the steps required to start using MSPbots is to add MSPbots to the Teams Global Policy.

Please do the following procedure: 

  1. Access office.com as an administrator. 
  2. Click Global (Org-wide default) > Add Apps.
  3. Search for MSPbots then add it.
  4. Move MSPbots to the top.
  5. Click Save.
