- Log in to the MSPbots dashboard as an administrator.
- Navigate to Integrations and search for Quickbooks Online.
- Click Quickbooks Online > Sync. The window closes when the authentication process is done and a successful test connection is shown. Synchronization usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.
Important: This step requires you to be logged in to Quickbooks as a user with view access to customer information, otherwise, the authentication will fail. - Name the data source QuickBooks Online.
- Click Save.
