This integration is done by authenticating MSPbots to communicate with Quickbooks Online.

To connect Quickbooks Online to MSPbots:

1. Log in to the MSPbots dashboard as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Integrations and search for Quickbooks Online.
3. Click Quickbooks Online > Sync. The window closes when the authentication process is done and a successful test connection is shown. Synchronization usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.
   Important: This step requires you to be logged in to Quickbooks as a user with view access to customer information, otherwise, the authentication will fail. 
4. Click Save.
