Clients may choose to share reports that can be viewed from a user's browser. This is done by utilizing the Shareable Link by adding them on their webpage/website. This can be done using the Embed function of the MSPbots dashboards which allows users to copy a shareable link to attach to emails or any other channel. This function also has the option to set a duration for which the link will be accessible by the recipients. This article shows how to use the Shareable Link function to share reports.  an HTML code and use that to show a live report on their other platforms. Users can choose between Fixed and Responsive sizing.

the embed function

1. Go to Dashboards and search for the dashboard that you want to share. 
2. Click on the ellipsis icon and select Share from the options. 
   
   Note: The Share option is only available on the Dashboards tab. Once on the cloned dashboard view, you have to go back to the Dashboards tab with the search function in order to find the Share option.
    Click the Copy button to copy the URL for sharing.

3. Click Additional Settings to set a Customized Time or No Time Limit for when the link will be available for access. 
4. Click Save. You may now share the link via email or any channel.

1. On the Share Dashboard window, click the Embed tab. You should be able to see the HTML code for embedding a live report.

2. Choose between the 2 size options:
   1. Responsive - size of widgets will automatically adjust to the browser size
   2. Fixed - size of widgets will be retained regardless of browser size. Scroll bars will appear.
3. Click Copy Code.
4. Use the HTML code in configuring your webpage/website.
