A shared public dashboard is very useful if you want to embed a dashboard report into a public website, it doesn't require sign in to view the report. Users do not have to log in to view the public dashboard.

Do the following procedure:

  1. Go to the MSPbots Dashboards.

  2. Click the ellipsis ... button
  3. Go to Reports
  4. Click 3 dots icon on the right side of the reports
  5. Click share
  6. Select the Expiration time setting then save it
  7. Copy the URL which you can share with other people
  8. and click Share

  9. On the Share Dashboard window, go to Shareable Link.
  10. Click on Additional Settings and select No Time Limit.

  11. Click Copy then Save

    Important: You need to click Save before you can use and share the link.
