One of the steps required to start using MSPbots is to add MSPbots to the Teams Global PolicyAdd MSPbots to Teams Global policy to get the app installed automatically for your current and future AAD users.
Please do the following procedure:
- Access office.com as an administrator.
- Navigate to Admin > Admin Center > Teams.
- Select Teams Apps > Setup Policies > Click Global (Org-wide default) > Add Apps., and then click Edit.
- Select Add Apps, search for MSPbots, and then click AddSearch for MSPbots then add it.
- Move MSPbots to the top .Click Save.and click Save.
