Clients may choose to share reports by adding them on to their webpage /or website. This can be is done using the Embed function of the MSPbots dashboards which allows users to copy an HTML code and use that to show post a live dashboard on their other platforms. Users can choose between Fixed and have the option to use Fixed or Responsive sizing.

To share a dashboard using the embed function

1. Go to Dashboards and search for the dashboard that you want to share. 

2. Click on the ellipsis icon and select Share from the options.

   Info
   The Share option is only available on the Dashboards tab. Once on the cloned dashboard view, you have to go back to the Dashboards tab with the search function in order to find the Share option.

    

   
   

3. On the Share Dashboard window, click the Embed tab. You should be able to see the HTML code for embedding a live dashboard.
   
   
   
4. Choose between the 2 a size optionsoption:
   1. Responsive - The size of widgets will automatically adjust to the browser size. 
   2. Fixed - size of widgets will be retained regardless of browser size. Scroll bars will appear.
      
      
5. Click Copy Code.
6. Use the this HTML code in configuring your webpage /or website to display a live dashboard.
