To set up the API connection for Datto RMM:

  1. Get the API URL, API Key, and API Secret Key. 
    1. Go to https://rmm.datto.com/help/en/Content/2SETUP/APIv2.htm
    2. Click Active the API.
    3. Follow the instructions on the page.
  2. Go to MSPbots Integrations. 
    1. Find Datto RMM on the list of integrations.
    2. Fill in the API URL, API Key, and API Secret Key. 
    3. Click Save and Sync.
