How to Connect Kaseya VSA to MSPbots

You need to provide some company information to connect Kaseya VSA to MSPbots.

Perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the MSPbots dashboard as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Integrations and search for Kaseya VSA.

  3. Before you connect the integration in MSPbots, you must register the application in Kaseya to generate your API keys. You will need these keys to connect the integration in MSPbots.

    To register the application:

    1. Log in to your Kaseya VSA account.
    2. Select Server Management > OAuth Clients from the left side menu.
    3. Click Register Client.
    4. Enter the following Redirect Url: https://app.mspbots.ai/web/task-management/kaseya/vsa/redirect.
    5. Enter a valid email address into the Email field. The client ID and client secret are sent to this address.
    6. Click Save. A window appears with the client ID and client secret. Copy the client ID and client secret to a safe location.
  4. Click Save and Sync.
