Adjusting time entries in the Attendance App requires a manager's approval before it is fully applied. This article shows the process for approving or rejecting requests for time entry changes by members. 

Before starting, ensure that you are logged in as a role with a manager's permission to approve or reject the request. 

How to approve or reject an Attendance Time Entry change request from employees

1.  Go to the Apps on the MSPbots menu and open the Attendance app.

     

2.  Hover over Dashboards on the right side of the screen and select Attendance Record from the drop-down list. 

     


3.  On the Attendance Record list, select your team from the Team Filter.  This will show only the members of the selected teams

with pending approval requests.

   


4.  Next, click the highlighted (in pink) transaction with the Pending approve status.

     


5.  Click, "Approve" to approved the requests.  Then, "Reject" if not.

   

     


6.    If approved, updated new time entry is now reflected in the type of Action e.g. "back" time request.

     

7.  If rejected, no updates made on the time entry.
