The bvoip dashboard and widgets provides you a quick overview on your data and helps you gauge your performance pertaining to your call queues, inbound and outbound calls and tickets, agent answered calls, race to answer leaderboards, frequent callers, talk time and busy hours.

Purchasing the bvoip Dashboard Package
1. Login to the MSPBots and go to MarketPlace.
2. On the Marketplace tab, click the BI Packages.
3. Search for bvoip package and click it.
4. This opens the purchase page. Then click Purchase when ready to buy.
5. Select type of purchase plan. Then, click Purchase button.
6. Input Credit Card Details. Click, Save.
7. Proceed with your order completion.
Accessing the bvoip BI Packages
Pre-requisites: Purchase bvoip BI Package.
1. Login to MSPBots and go to Apps page
2. Search for bvoip BI Packages. Then, click to open.
3. Hover over Dashboards menu to show a drop-down list, then select the dashboard that you want to view
