| 1 | NextTicket User | User who requested the NextTicket. |
| 2 | Number of Dispatched Tickets | Total number of unique tickets requested from NextTicket. |
| 3 | Number of Worked Tickets from NextTicket | Number of tickets that have time entries from the PSA and were dispatched from NextTicket. |
| 4 | Number of Rejected Tickets | Total number of tickets rejected from NextTicket. |
| 5 | Tickets Updated in Autotask | Number of tickets with time entries in the PSA that were updated in Autotask. |
| 6 | NextTicket Utilization Rate | Calculated by dividing the number of Worked Tickets from NextTicket by the number of Tickets Updated in Autotask. |
