Prerequisites

• Only roles with editing privileges for bots are supported to exclude and restore personnel, such as admin.

Main Section

1. Access https://app.mspbots.ai/home.
2. Select Bots.
3. Type the bots on the search bar and open it.This example uses "Tech Stats Reviewer".
   
4. Click Design.
   

   

   • If your bot isn't Tech Stats Reviewer, please add the Data Filter first, then use the email field selection to exclude someone.
5. Click Next.
   
6. Please add or remove users on the third bar.
   

    

   • The email address entered is case-sensitive. Please enter your email address accurately, otherwise the person may not be excluded.  
   • Please re-add when deleting the user's email.
   • The following is the method for finding the user's email, please refer to:
     
     • Click Settings > User Management.
       
       
       
7. Click Next.
   
   
8. Click Next.
   
9. Click Finish.
   
10. Make sure to Click Save.
