You need API info to connect Oitvoip to MSPbots. 

To set up the Oitvoip integration: 

  1. Secure the following API information for Oitvoip : 
    1. Site Domain
    2. User name
    3. Pass hash
    4. Client Id
    5. Client Secret
  2. Log in to the MSPbots app and go to Integrations.  
  3. Search for Oitvoip and click it.
  4. Enter the in the corresponding fields. 
  5. Click Save And Sync.
