How to Remove User's Access to Financial Reports

Follow the steps below if you want to restrict some users from viewing specific widgets or dashboards such as Financial reports.

1. Open the dashboard/widget
2. Click on the Edit button
   
   
3. For widgets, go to the Info tab of the Widget Builder window. For Dashboards, an Edit popup window should appear.
   
   
4. Click on the Role dropdown and uncheck all roles you want to remove access from.
   
    
   
   
5. To save the changes made, click on Apply button for widgets and Continue button for dashboards, found on the lower right of the window.
6. Repeat this step for all widgets and dashboards you want to manage access to.

Currently, there is no feature in the app that enables users to change role access for multiple assets at the same time. 
If you have too many assets to update, you may contact the MSPBots Support Team and provide the list of assets and the desired role access.
