  • Have you noticed that some tickets deleted in Integrations are still appearing in your widgets? This is because there is no direct interface between Integrations and MSPbots to inform MSPbots about which tickets have been deleted. As a result, MSPbots still has access to those tickets even after they have been deleted in Integrations.
  • To solve this issue, MSPbots has added a new feature called API Tool, which allows admins to delete tickets that have already been removed in Integrations. You don't have to worry about accidentally deleting the wrong tickets because MSPbots verifies that only tickets deleted in Integrations can be removed using the API Tool.

To delete the tickets using the API Tool

  1. Go to Integration.
  2. Click on the home page of Integration.
  3. Enter the main page of API Tool.
  4. The API List is the list of APIs for Integration's tickets.
  5. Enter the ticket_id or a list of ticket_ids for the tickets you want to delete in the Ticket Number. If you want to delete multiple tickets, separate the ticket IDs with commas.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. The API realtime result on the right displays the real-time API result after deleting the tickets.

To query the Ticket Number

  1. Go to Datasets.
  2. Enter the dataset you want to query, such as ConnectWise Manage Tickets - API, in the search bar.
  3. Open the dataset, and under the Data tab, the ticket_id column represents the Ticket Number. You can search for the corresponding ticket_id of the ticket you want to delete.
