By adding companies to your watch list, you can give points to the tickets that they log so you can prioritize or deprioritize their tickets. Admin can add a company to watch list by doing the following:

  1. In NextTicket Manager App, go to Settings then select Client Watch List from the list.

2. To Add, click the Add Company button

3. Use Search to look for the company. Can select single or multiple companies. If you want to show companies with agreement, tick on the checkbox "Only show companies have agreement".

4. Click Save.

5. You may delete a company from the list by clicking the trash icon along the company name.

Once added, you may now assign points to priority rule "Company in Watch List". Assign higher positive points if you wanted tickets log under this company to be prioritize or assign lower or negative points if you wish to deprioritize tickets from these companies.
