The New Attendance App's work schedule templates make it simpler for administrators to create work schedules. When administrators need to set multiple work schedules, these templates are quite helpful.

This article is a guide on how to:

a. Create work templates in Attendance Manager

b. Assign a work template to a member

c. Assign a work template to a batch



a. Create work template

  1. To start this process, open https://app.mspbots.ai and login using your Office 365 account.




2. Click Apps on the MSPbots app which you can find on the left side of the screen. 


3. Then, scroll the apps to look for Attendance.

4. Then go to Settings and click Users Work Schedule in the drop-down menu





5. Click Template Setting
     


6. Upon opening the template setting, c
lick Add Button

         

   

7. Create a Name for the template.


         

             

   8.   Indicate the time for each day of the week and assign the corresponding time zone

    9.  The created template should reflect in the Template Setting

         

                

b. Assign a work template to a member

1.  Repeat steps 1 to 4 of the create a work template

2.  You can now use your template to a member by clicking EDIT on the right side of the member/ employee’s name


     

          

3.  Then click the drown down menu for the template to assign the specific Time or template

               

 4. Click CONFIRM to save and apply changes
               


c. Assign a work template to a batch

1.  Repeat steps 1 to 4 of the create a work template

2. Select the member you want to create a schedule for by ticking the check box corresponding to their name

           

  3. Click Batch Apply

             


    4. Click the drop-down arrow to select a template

         

     5. Click CONFIRM to save and apply changes.
