What is the client portal?

The client portal is used to give your client access to certain reports.

How to add new clients:

  1. You have to be the Admin of the MSPbots
  2. Go to Settings | Client portal
    1. https://app.mspbots.ai/ClientPortalManagement
  3. Click new
  4. Fill in the blanks
    1. The email address has to match the user's email address in Connectwise Contacts.
    2. Select the reports that you want to share with the end-user
  5. Send your client login information
    1. Longin portal address https://app.mspbots.ai/loginAsAccount
    2. Their email and password
