This procedure shows how to change a user's account status from Enabled to Disabled. This procedure can be performed by an admin only. 

Important: Disabled users cannot log in and use the MSPbots app. 

To disable a user account in the MSPbots app:

  1. Log in to the MSPbots app as an administrator.
  2. Click Settings on the menu and select User Management.

     3. On the User Management tab, locate the user account that needs to be disabled.

4. Click the Edit button.

5. On the Edit window, go to Status and select Disabled.  

6. Click the Confirm button to save the changes.  

7. On the User Management tab, check if the user is no longer on the list. This confirms that the user is already disabled.
