Bot Configuration


1.  Go to Bots in the MSPbots app and click My Bots tab.   Search the bot e.g. Autotask Late Time Entry Alert Bot 3.0.  Then, click to open bot details.

2.  Click the Design tab.

3.  Default Data Source :  Autotask -Timentry.  Click Next.

       


4.  Default Data Filter setup.  Click Next.

     


5.  Default Alert Message setup


     

   

  Note:  For the Ticket # link used the dynamic token "{ticketNumber}" instead of "{ticketID}". 

             The "{ticketNumber}" link redirects properly to your Autotask PSA system.



6.  Click Next.
