MSPbots messages are integrated into MS Teams so that the bot is communicating and guiding techs in an application they live in daily
To send and receive messages to and from MSPbots in teams, you need to install MSPbots App in Teams
Currently, we have 2 ways to get it installed
Install teams app from Microsoft App Source.
From the MS App source, click Get it now
- Install inside the teams
- Go to apps, then search for mspbots
- Click Add
