The NextTicket Manager for ConnectWise Manage can be configured to restrict a technician's access to a specific set of tickets only. This article shows how to configure the Tickets Filter and the Default Template to put restrictions in place.

Why should I limit a technician's ticket access? 

Setting restrictions to NextTicket access is useful if you want to show only relevant tickets to specific technicians of your tenants. By default, the NextTicket portal shows all the NextTicket users and tickets of an MSP's tenants, which means, that Technician 1 of Company A can see the tickets for the technicians of TCompany B.
